Politics the Good and the Bad
The people should have more power. The government has become a thing that is for show, what have they finished. The government could represent the people more if it was like the government we had in 1776 and in 1901. We have become the people we hated the British. They taxed us unfairly; the democrats tax us even more. Washington fought for the people because he personally knew that we wanted to have lower taxes and we wanted our freedom. The democrats are taxing higher than the republicans want but look at what they have done. Look at the republicans they tax lower but nature is in danger because of it. We fight over house positions as if we can make it better and that is why we cannot agree on anything. The republicans want one thing and the democrats want another thing. If we want this country to survive, we must work together. If every state had not worked together, we could not have won the revolutionary war. Now there is fighting among the states and in the states. There are two groups of people that have different points of view. The president does one thing and the congress wants something else to happen. What have we achieved? Thousands are dead because we cannot agree what should be done. The trade center was destroyed because we could not agree. We have enemies in this world and we are fighting amongst ourselves so we cannot agree who is our enemy. If the government does not stop bickering amongst them selves we have to take it into our own hands (“But when a long train of abuses and dangers pursuing invariably the same object creates a design to reduce them under absolute despotism it is there right it is there duty to throw off such government and provide new guards for their future security.”). If the American government is unable to defend us it is our job to make them defend us or it is our job to make a new government and destroy our old one. I am not saying that we should march up to the capitol and forcefully stop them. They should either shape up or leave. A government that is unable to protect their citizen should not have power the power over the citizens. The democrats and the republicans are the reason the government is corrupt. The greatest danger is not another person it is ourselves.
